Cancellation Policy

Deposits are non-refundable or non-transferable unless cancellation is contingent upon company's unforeseen event and may take between 3-5 business days for processing. I will attempt to provide service in the event an emergency occurs. if this is not possible, an artist colleague with skills & experience equal to mine will arrive in my place upon agreement from the client Non-bridal services canceled in less than 48 hours of service date will incur a fee equal to 100% of the total balance A minimum thirty(30) day cancellation notice is required to refund any payments made towards bridal services excluding the deposit/retainer. Bridal bookings canceled between 15-30 days prior to service date will incur a fee equal to 50% of total balance. bridal bookings canceled less than 15 days prior to service date will incur a fee equal to 100% of the total balance
